I turn architectural intent into coordinated BIM models — from concept and 3D visualization to LOD 350 documentation. Below, six projects, each built first as a model, then as a drawing set.
Projects
I am Mihail Nestorov, a fourth-year architecture student at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACG) in Sofia, working toward my master's degree.
My focus is BIM. I build and coordinate models that stay accurate from early concept through to construction documentation, and I am looking for a remote BIM Operator role where that precision is put to work.
Revit is my primary tool: I model to LOD 350, produce quantity take-offs, and author professional architectural documentation from a single coordinated model.
